In the first 30 days after purchase, if the goods are faulty, or damaged, you return them within the 30 days of purchase for a replacement or full refund.
Returns conditions.
If the product is faulty or damaged, please ensure you contact us as soon as possible with pictures of the damage to the product, box, and packaging. This must be shown. In addition, we require a description of the damage.
If you are unhappy with our products, please give us a reason why so we can improve our quality or standards in the future. In order, for a return to be acceptable, the product must be unused and in the same packaging in the condition it was in upon you receiving it. However, after the 30-day purchase, you will not be entitled to a refund if you are unhappy with the product exceeding that timeframe.
Free return Delivery and replacement delivery
In the 30-day returns policy after purchase, the delivery charge of return is paid for by us, so you do not need to worry. Replacement models dispatched will not have any additional delivery charges.
Inspection Before delivery
All Models are inspected prior to delivery. The LED lighting is tested additional packaging may be provided prior to delivery. By doing this, we ensure our products are working and in satisfactory order. However, if damage has occurred it is most likely down to the delivery company. To get our costs back for the damage from the delivery company, we require the above information in the return conditions.

We highly advise you to read our LED aircraft model user manual which will come as standard in all model boxes. It is mandatory you look at the safety information before you use the aircraft model.
The safety Instructions are as follows:
1. This model is a collectors’ item, not a toy. Do not slide sideways after the landing gear is installed, as this will cause damage to the wheels.
2. Do not charge the battery for more than 1 hour. When the red light has turned off, remove the charger from the battery. Overcharging will damage the battery.
3. This product is a static simulation model with sharp edges and corners; some parts are fragile. Please keep away from children.
4. Keep out of direct sunlight as this can cause the battery to overheat and discoloration of the model to occur.
